-> OSD and Logo Tools
Instructions:
Note that the output of this tool only supports WS FW 34.40.15 and above.
IMPORTANT - Preparation of source folder:
The tool will default to the folder where the tools is executed from, but you may use any location for the source folder
The source folder is to contain 1 subfolder for every font your wish to use with the font packer tool.
Subfolders can be named to suit yourself and the naming of the subfolder is what you will see the font called in the goggles/VRX when selecting the font.
Each subfolder should contain the 2 font files and include _24.png and _36.png in their naming.
Any other files will be ignored, such as an ini file within the subfolder, meaning you can use files from a zip for a downloaded font pack file from the SNEAKY_FPV website, without needing to delete or alter anything.
1. Select your source folder. From the above example you would select ‘WIP’.
2. Select fonts you wish to be included in your personalised font pack. Note that you may only select 16, as this is the limit imposed by FW. The order you select them will determine the order you see them presented in the goggles/VRX when selecting the font.
3. You may optionally select a font from your selected font list to preview the font file, by first selecting a font and pressing the Preview Font button.
4. You may optionally select to enable FCC options.
5. Select the target folder. Hint: select your sd card to build directly onto the sd card without needing to move the files later. If selecting your sd card, you can select either the root or userfont folder and the tool will handle this.
Package Fonts to Target.
7. If you selected the SD card as the target, simply eject it and start using it! If you selected another target folder location, copy the userfont folder to the SD card and the txt files optionally created from your FCC selections.
8. Buy me a coffee! 😉
